How can I get HomeKey for my Home?
HomeKey is currently available through new home builders, in select communities, throughout the U.S. HomeKey will be made available for all homeowners. If you'd like it for your home, you can supply your email and ZIP code to gain access to our priority VIP list. If you're building a new home and HomeKey is not a standard feature, please ask your builder to contact HomeKey and add it to their homes.
Is there a subscription fee?
No. There is no monthly subscription fee to use HomeKey.
Does HomeKey control smart devices?
Smart devices are a part of HomeKey, which gives you access to download the mobile apps, manuals, and more. But HomeKey does not control your door lock, temperature, or other smart devices in your home.
Am I able to update my Home's information?
Yes. Homeowners can snap a pic of the product label or box or add details like manufacturer, model, and serial number manually.
Can I add documents to the app?
Homeowners will be able to add documents, receipts, and more in a future 2024 mobile app release.
Can I add my own to-do's?
Homeowners will be able to add their own to-do's in the Fall of 2023.
