Product Marketing Manager – Mobile App

HomeKey is an early-stage company in the Prop-tech industry founded in 2018. HomeKey simplifies home ownership by leveraging every detail of a home to create a unique experience for each homeowner.  New home builders offer HomeKey as a standard feature in their new homes, making home management easier for everyone who touches the home.

We’re growing quickly! Our top-notch, Product Marketing Manager – Moblie App, will be experienced in mobile app user engagement and retention. They will be integral in designing multi-channel user engagement journeys, announcing new features, and launching planned SaaS offerings.

What You’ll Do

Homeowner Activation:
  • Improve and maintain homeowner activation rates through creative print and email campaigns
  • Collaborate with the product & engineering team to work toward a fully automated activation campaign
Homeowner Engagement:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the HomeKey app and usage in order to identify areas of opportunity to increase retention rates and drive revenue
  • Work with the product team to define user journeys, set up and deploy campaigns, and measure results  
  • Manage all engagement channels: device notifications, SMS, in-app messaging, email, direct mail
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design new and innovative messaging and homeowner touchpoints
  • Execute A/B tests, collect & analyze data and results
  • Responsible for planning and implementation of monthly builder reporting
ASO (App Store Optimization):
  • Maintain existing app store listings including product descriptions, promo text & visuals
  • Research & implement an optimized keyword strategy
  • Coordinate with product & creative teams on asset design and feature descriptions 
  • Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape, conducting analysis and making storefront changes to increase rankings

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience working with mobile apps
  • Proven track record of creating & measuring consumer-driven campaigns that deepen engagement and retention
  • 2+ years of experience with subscription revenue models
  • Experience with digital performance marketing
  • Strong writing is a must

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience working with home builders, interior designers, or home improvement companies
